Kirkenes

Reindeer, I ate reindeer...it was my #2 on I will not do list ...it was delicious...Reindeers sausage, reindeer burger and reindeer tenderloin. The Sami own all reindeer here ands you are not allowed to kill them if you are not Sami. The fine for killing a reindeer is apparently worse than killing a person!

So we saw an ice hotel,  it offers ice bedrooms snowmobiling, dog sled rides and king crabbing. The owner claims it is a very lucrative business...hmmmm!

So flying into Kirkenes...I really had to wonder what I was doing, for those of you who have flown into Red Lake you will understand from the photo. 

I have met many wonderful, talented people today, a great inspiration.
